The Vietnamese Community Center located on 7100 Clarewood Dr, Houston, TX  77036 was purchased on March 2008 to provide social, health services to all low income, disadvantaged, and senior folks.

Total cost of building purchase and renovation is $750,000.00.

To date, the community still has a $395,000.00 mortgage and a loan from Mr. Hoc Phan and Al Hoang in the amount of $100,000.00 and $70,000.00 respectively.

Monthly expenses to maintain the Center besides $2,959.00 mortgage payment is approximately $3,000.00.
