The Vietnamese Community of Houston & Vicinities (VNCH) is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-religious humanitarian organization based in Houston, Texas. VNCH is a non-paid staff and volunteers under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Services. The office located at: 7100 Clarewood Dr., Houston, TX 77036 MISSION STATEMENT VNCH promotes harmony, self-reliance and mutual assistance across the vast spectrum of Vietnamese-Americans living in the Greater Metropolitan Houston Area. VNCH is determined to galvanize all available resources to effectively and efficiently provide vital social services to all people, especially the low-income, disadvantaged, disabled and seniors on the bottom rung of society. We also actively encourage the full participation of our constituents into mainstream America in a multi-generational and cross-cultural way. VNCH’s OBJECTIVES VNCH’s objectives are as followed:
